Happy Hour Sunset Ride
Join us for a relaxing ride from The BIke Lab to Lake Hefner as the sun sets. Enjoy the fresh air and good company as we pedal our way to stunning views. Afterwards we will have snacks and refreshments as we gather on our patio to enjoy the amazing fall weather.
Vintage Bike Ride
Join us for a special celebration of cycling history, as we pay tribute to the bikes that paved the path to the future! Whether your bike is made of steel, aluminum, or carbon, it's time to dust off those beauties and hit the road.
What's Happening:
Vintage Bike Ride: Roll out on your classic or modern ride. All bikes are welcome!
Vintage Bike Show: After the ride, we'll display our beloved older bikes for a fun, nostalgic bike show.
Coffee & Donuts: Fuel up post-ride with some coffee and donuts!
Even if you don't have a vintage bike, come join the fun! It's going to be a day of biking, reminiscing, and giving thanks to the timeless machines that got us here.

Arcadia Bike Camping Trip
Join us for our Fall Bike Camping Trip next Saturday! We’ll roll out from the Bike Lab at 5:30 PM and head to Lake Arcadia for a cozy evening under the stars. Enjoy food and campfires with fellow riders. You can bike-pack your gear or load it into the Bike Lab van for convenience. Don’t forget to bring a snack to share—everything will go in the van. Drinks will be provided by Stonecloud Brewing Co. and Mineragua. Perfect fall vibes for a night out in nature!
This is a chill camping ride that can also help be a test run for any aspiring bike packers.
Flat Tire Clinic
Join us for our Flat Tire Clinic. We will go through the process of removing the flat tube, inspecting the tire and tube, and reinstalling the new tube in the tire. We will have a couple wheel options available if you would like to practice the process yourself!
Black Friday Ride for Bike Club 2023
Bike Club OKC and The Bike Lab are teaming up for our Fifth year of our “Black Friday Ride Day”!
Bike Club OKC is a weekly after-school bicycle program that teaches elementary school and middle school students riding skills, safety and bike maintenance. At the end of the program, each student earns a FREE bike, helmet, and safety vest to continue cycling for sport, recreation, and transportation.
The Bike Lab will have a team of 16 cyclists doing a Team Time Trial. These cyclists will see how many miles they can ride this Black Friday by going as far as they can in 30 minutes. They will then pass off to the next person. You can donate per mile, or a flat donation to help raise money for Bike Club! As we get closer we will post a link to donate.
We'd love to have you come watch them ride at The Bike Lab on Black Friday and cheer them on! Thank you for your support in helping us get more kids on bikes!
Dress Up Halloween Ride
Instead of our normal Monday Rides come join us for a Dress Up Halloween Ride on Monday October 30th. After we ride stick around and have a cold refreshing beverage from our friends at Stone Cloud Brewery. This is going to be a fun one and we can't wait to see the costumes you come up with!
Bicycle Blue Book Trade In Day
Been thinking of an upgrade? We have the perfect event for you. Come by the shop and let us give you the value of your bike with help from our friends at Bicycle Blue Book. Like every Saturday, we will have college football on all our TV's and cold beverages from Stonecloud. Don't worry about missing your favorite teams playing, we got you covered!
Specialized Clinic
Join us on Friday September 29th for a SPECIAL Specialized Clinic. Our Regional Rep Paul will be here to show and discuss the new Roubaix SL8 and a BRAND NEW BIKE being launched that week!! We are super excited about this and hope you'll join us in the fun.
Demo Day
Join us on September 23rd for our Demo Day. Is there a bike you have had your eye on? Maybe you just want to see all the new inventory we have? You definitely don't want to miss this! We have stocked the shop with new bikes and we are excited to show them off. This is also the best time to plan for our Trade In Day on October 14th. As always, we will have college football on so you don't need to worry about missing your favorite team doing their thing. We even have Stonecloud beer on ice to enjoy while you demo the coolest bikes and watch football...what a perfect Saturday! Can't wait to see you there.
TriOKC Clinic - Packing and Unpacking your Bike for an Event
At this clinic we will show you:
The basic for disassembling your bike and packing it for Travel.
Reassembling your Bike after Travel from a box to rideable.
If you bring your own bike, we can help make a custom list of the things you will need to do for your bike to get it packed, and reassembled.
Prep for Road Racing 2023 Forum
If you are new to road racing, or interested in know how the schedule and year plays out here in Oklahoma then this is for you. We will have a forum of speakers talking about Schedule, Prepping for your First Race, Training Advice, and more.
We will have refreshments and prizes as well!
Galentines Day
We are making our Happy Hour a special event on February 10th, a Galentines Day women’s event. We will have Fun, Food and maybe even a speaker or two. Stay tuned for updates on our Instagram.
SRAM & Zipp Happy Hour and Seminars
Our Regional SRAM rep is coming to the Bike Lab Happy Hour to do Seminars on several SRAM and Zipp products, as well as having some fun competitions and raffles for us to enjoy. Drinks and Snacks will be provided.
