With 12 years of experience and training bicycle fitting is a real passion of The Bike Lab. It informs how we sell, build, and connect people with their bikes every day.
We’ve been passionate in the investment in Retul, with Tony being a Retul Certified Fitter going through all levels of available classes, and even going out to Retul to help assist teachers with new students as they work in their labs doing their first fits.
We believe a great bike fit is the combination of 3 things:
- An experienced fitter fully trained in the Retul method of bicycle fitting.
- Use of the best available tools and technology to be as accurate as possible in the fit adjustments.
- Rider Feedback in Studio and after for a 90 day period.
After your Retul Fit Appointment we intentionally have a 90 day period after where all Follow-ups are included. Many times after the appointment there can be opportunities to dial things in more increasing power and comfort. The cost of these are all included from your first fit appointment - and is part of our 100% Comfort Guarantee.
We also Guarantee all the equipment that may be suggested for Fit Customization. You won’t end up with a box of saddles, stems or shoes that don’t work for you. No one needs to guess on comfort with their money. That’s why we guarantee it.
